• AC Adapter To make sure your AC adapter is the right one and is working, plug the adapter into the device and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Make sure the fit is correct and the device powers on. Please be sure that there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the AC adapter unsafe for its intended usage.
• Original Video Cable Please be sure that the cables match the device you're sending. Please ensure there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the cable unsafe for its intended usage. If the monitor has more the one cable due to multiple inputs please send at least one.
• Original Stand Please make sure that the stand the monitor is mounted on is the original stand that came in the box at time of purchase. If the monitor did not come with a stand in the original box and was meant for mounting please select this box.
• Original Box By 'Original Box' we mean all of the manufacturer's original packaging materials.
