- A. If the item you have isn't in our catalog yet, we'll make you a Personalized Offer.
- Q. I'm not sure that I see my exact item.
- A. If you see something that looks very close but you're not sure, that's OK. Our inspectors will catch it and adjust the offer if need be.
- Q. How long does it take to get paid?
