Q. What if I can't find my item?

A. If the item you have isn't in our catalog yet, we'll make you a Personalized Offer.

Q. I'm not sure that I see my exact item.

A. If you see something that looks very close but you're not sure, that's OK. Our inspectors will catch it and adjust the offer if need be.

Q. How long does it take to get paid?

A. Once we receive an item it typically takes under a week for payment to be sent.
