• AC Adapter To make sure your AC adapter is the right one and is working, plug the adapter into the device and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Make sure the fit is correct and the device powers on. Please be sure that there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the AC adapter unsafe for its intended usage.
• Rechargeable Battery Check to see that the battery is present, powers on, and fits correctly with the device being submitted. By checking this box, you represent that the battery is included, holds a charge, and is not cracked or damaged.
• Original Cables Please be sure that the cables match the device you're sending. Please ensure there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the cable unsafe for its intended usage.
