The original system recovery disc that was included with the computer at the time of purchase. If your system recovery is located on a separate partition on your hard drive, please select yes.

    To make sure your Power Cable is the right one and is working, plug the adapter into the device and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Make sure the fit is correct and the device powers on. Please be sure that there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the AC adapter unsafe for its intended usage.

    If you have either a BIOS or Hard Drive password protecting your desktop, please be sure you have removed any protection. If your device is password protected, we will be unable to inspect it properly and will be forced to return your item or revise your offer.
