• Functional Battery Check to see that the battery is present, powers on, and fits correctly with the device being submitted. By checking this box, you represent that the battery is included, holds a charge, and is not cracked or damaged.
• AC Adapter To make sure your AC adapter is the right one and is working, plug the adapter into the device and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Make sure the fit is correct and the device powers on. Please be sure that there is no broken insulation, exposed wiring (this includes any sections of the wiring that have been repaired with electrical tape) or other physical damage that would render the AC adapter unsafe for its intended usage.
• All machine passwords removed? If you have either a BIOS or Hard Drive password protecting your notebook, please be sure you have removed any protection. If your device is password protected we will be unable to inspect it properly and will be forced to return your item or revise your offer.
