What can I do if the tracking number shows it has arrived but I have yet to receive it?

When available, drivers will often leave boxes in a safer location, such as at a back door, side door, in a porch, or in a garage area. We also recommend checking with any neighbors that you believe might have signed for it in your absence.

Before submitting a claim, check your tracking number on the courier's website to see if it identifies where the box was left for you.
