What do I do if the box was damaged or tampered with on receipt?

First you should check to see if your item arrived undamaged. Check the functionality of the product to make sure everything works. All shipments are insured. If your item arrived damaged you will not be responsible for any damage caused while the item was in transit. Please hold the product and all packaging material, then contact us immediately through email or by calling us at 1-800-Gazelle. We may ask you to provide a photo, and - if the device powers on - the IMEI/MEID number. We will also need to confirm your phone number to settle the claim with the shipping carrier.
