Goodbye Trade-in - Here's What You Need To Know
We’re saying goodbye to our trade-in option – here’s what you need to know. Beginning February 1st, 2021, we will no longer be offering our trade-in option. If you have a trade-in that is in process right now, your trade-in will continue as planned. You can also still log in to your trade-in account to view the status of any current trade-ins.
You will still be able to buy high quality used phones for a fraction of the price from ouronline store. We’re excited to continue to help you not only save with awesome discounts on top smart devices, but also stay connected for way less than retail prices!

What about my Gazelle rewards?
If you have aGazelle Rewards accountwith us, we will be reaching out to you directly to ensure you’re able to claim any remaining points for rewards. You may claim your existing Gazelle Rewards points by January 31st, 2021.
What do I do with my used devices now?
While we will be unable to accept any future trade-ins after January 31st, 2021, we’d love to offer a different option that pays you in immediate cash for your smartphones and tablets while keeping toxic electronic waste out of the environment with ecoATM.

What part of Gazelle.com is changing?
While our trade-in option is leaving, we will still have our online store available to purchase Gazelle certified pre-owned devices.
When will the trade-in option end?
The Gazelle trade-in option will leave the site after January 31st, 2021.
What about a trade-in that I currently have in process?
If you have a trade-in that is in process, it will continue as planned. Please reach out to our customer care team if you have any questions regarding a current trade-in. You’ll also be able to login to your trade-in account here through March 31st, 2021 to view any trade-ins in process.
