How Can I Cancel My Transaction?

You can view and manage your trades with Gazelle by logging into your account or using the "Track My Offers" feature in the top right section of the homepage.

To cancel the entire packing slip:

  1. Log into your Gazelle account.

  2. Next to the box status update, select 'cancel the box'.

To cancel an individual item:

  1. Log into your Gazelle account.

  2. Under the individual item, select 'cancel this item'.
