Can I change my payment type?

Yes, provided the item has not been inspected. Why? Once we inspect an item payment is issued VERY quickly and will probably be already issued the way you indicated in your original offer.

You can change your payment type in one of two ways:

Use your www.gazelle.com account: Log into your account and from there you will be able to change your payment type.

Contact Customer Care: We recommend calling us because it is the fastest way for us to update your payment type. You can also contact us using our Ask A Question form, however this can take up to 24 hours to receive a response.

You can track your payment under the "Track My Offer" in the upper right hand corner of the gazelle.com website.
