How can I change the mailing address for my payment?

Up until the item is inspected, you can change your mailing address in one of two ways:

If you have an activated account , log into your account, and from there you will be able to update your address. This change will be immediately reflected in our records and be applicable for any open or future transactions.

If you have not activated an account, and are unable to do so, please call us at 1-800-Gazelle for the quickest service. Changing your payment mailing address can only be done up to a certain point in the transaction, so timing can be important. You can also reach us through our Ask a Question form, however this can take up to 24 hours to receive a response.
