Is the Serial Number, ESN/IMEI or MEID clear?

The ESN, IMEI, or MEID of every one of our devices is checked through CheckMend verification service or by directly contacting the carrier. In very rare occasions, an ESN will be rendered active even after a carrier describes it as clear.
