How do I unlock my Sprint iPhone?

Unlocking your Sprint iPhone is an optional step that increases the amount of your Gazelle offer by "unlocking" it from Sprint to be used on another network. It can be requested from Sprint Worldwide Care at no cost. While most phones that are active on an account for at least 90 days are eligible to unlock, more information can be found at Sprint Support.

Get in touch with Sprint Worldwide Care using one of the methods below, and tell them you need to SIM unlock your phone for use on international networks.

Make sure to have the following information ready:

Primary account holder's information

Account number (found on My Sprint or on your bill)

Mobile number for phone to be unlocked

MEID for phone to be unlocked (to locate the MEID, go to Settings > General > About on your iPhone)
